Make your own blend (red wine) in immersion at the vineyard
Unlike a large majority of wine training courses which can be offered to you in the Bordeaux region ; This one is authentic ! I will welcome you directly to my workplace in a warm, rural setting where I will put my experience and my knowledge as an oenologist at your service to teach you everything you will need to progress in this fabulous environment. In addition, the sessions are flexible according to your wishes and your schedule, in short it is case by case to better suit you !

All the tour will be happening at "La Mondette" vineyard which is located pretty much at 20 minutes from the famous village of Saint-Émilion. You also need to know that I'm able to pick you up at the Libourne train station if you need it (4 people max)
I usually start by welcome you with a coffee and some french "viennoiserie" and present myself and the property.
Then we will go for a walk through the vines and the cellar to show you my workplace and to talk about winemaking and winegrowing.
After those informations, we will be able to start the tasting process where I will give you analytical skills through different exercices.
Finally, we will start the heart of the workshop ; Blending your own "cuvée" with the different grappes varieties I use at the vineyard (Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon)
Of course at the end you will take it with you to taste it later with your friends ; a beautiful memory of this fabulous journey !
