We will meet you at your hotel or airport and give you a brief overview of the tour. Then we will drive to a local home where you will participate in Ethiopian food preparation and the coffee ceremony.
Your hosts welcome you into their home and teach you how to bake traditional Ethiopian dishes such as injera and cook shiro, followed by a coffee ceremony with freshly roasted beans.
We will enjoy the food and coffee you prepare before saying goodbye to our host. Finally, we'll drop you off at your hotel or airport.
