Cairo & Alexandria 4days tours

1st Day

I will meet you at your hotel to start our tour to:

1-Saqqara

Which has the oldest structure ever built out of stone the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, we will explore the funeral complex of king Zoser then we will visit one of the most important pyramids which is the pyramid of king Unas where we can visit it from inside to enjoy the hieroglyphics carved on its walls, after that we will visit one of the high official tombs to see the daily life of the ancient Egyptians carved on its walls with colorful scenery.

After that we will drive to

2-Memphis

The oldest capital of Egypt, no traces left from the old city but we have an open air museum houses some statues mostly belongings to Ramsés the second.

3- Giza pyramids

where you can enjoy one of the seven wonders of ancient world the great pyramid of King Khufo and the two pyramids of his son and grandson Chephren & Meckyrinous and finally you visit the Sphinx

We will get to know a lot of stories and secrets also we will discuss the different theories regarding the building of the great pyramid and its function.

2nd day

Alexandria day tour

After breakfast you will be taken in a land trip for 3 hours to Alexandria. You will start your tour in Alexandria visiting Pompay’s Pillar, Followed by visit to the Catacomb of Kom El-Shoqafa. Then we will have our lunch at a nice restaurant with a nice view over the Mediterranean sea.

Then we will visit the library of Alexandria from outside which is the biggest library in the world now with 8 million books then visit Site of lighthouse one of the seven wonders of ancient world we have now in same site castle of Qaitbey, then we will drive back to Cairo.

3rd day

Will meet you at your hotel to start our tour to

1- Coptic Cairo

Where we can see the remains of an ancient Roman fortress called Babilon, then we will visit the church suspended at one of its towers called

The Hanging Church dates back to the 4th century and it has 110 icons the oldest dates back to the 8th century after that we will visit

Abu Serga Church which is built upon the Cavern inhabited by Jesus the Christ and Virgin Mary.

2- Islamic Cairo

To enjoy old Cairo with its walls and we will visit one of its old gates also we will see many mosques at Muez Liden allh street and we will be able to visit the minaret from inside, then to visit one of the most famous mosques all over Islamic world Alazhar Mosque.

Our tour will be ended with an amazing visit to the old market called Khan elkhalily.

4th day

NMEC

Where you can enjoy the main hall which displays 50000 artifacts, We will choose the most important to explain then you will visit the royal mummy's room which house 24 mummies.

Then we will transfer you to your hotel
