Cycling - Along the pearl of Hrvatski Zagorje and Kozjansko
Cycling for experienced cyclists in good condition (90 km, 720 m ascent) is an exceptional sporting experience intertwined with the historical and natural heritage of the Croatian and Slovenian sides of the Sutla River. The ride includes a tour of the Mihanović, Veliki Tabor and Miljana castles. Driving through Slovenia, we visit Terme Olimje and Podčetrtek, a tourist center on the Slovenian side of the Sutla. Drive through Kozjansko to Bistrica ob Sotli and arrive in Kumrovec, the most famous ethnic village in the world. In the protected landscape of Zelenjak, you can see the Monument to the Croatian National Anthem and the Path through the Treetops. In Veliko Trgpvišće, the birthplace and memorial school of the first Croatian president Dr. Franjo Tuđman can be seen. Drive along country roads to the place of departure. We take care of your safety, adapt bicycles to your physical characteristics and advise you on the technique of riding a bicycle. We know and can fix the bike while riding. We are happy to present you the cultural and historical heritage and answer your questions.
