From forest to the table is an experiencie that you will live in a beautiful natural reserve located in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. You will learn about the ecological managment of this ancestral crop, fermentation, drying, roasting processes and you will transform the cpcpa fruit into chocolate with your ouwn hands, using a cacao refining machine, fun molds, and exotic tropical fruits. You will be a chocolate maker for a day, at the end of your experience, you can stay swimming in natural pools and jacuzzis, within our natural reserve, the experience inclides transportation by motorcycle to and from the entrance to the Sierra Nevada, it will be a 20 minutes tour through the majestic Sierra Nevada until get up to the natural reserve.
