Come along for a captivating running adventure through Ghent, where you can explore the vibrant cityscape while getting your exercise in. Following a quick introduction and warm-up, we embark on our main running route. With no set itinerary, each tour is a unique experience. We traverse the historic heart of the city, as well as hidden local gems, which may include visits to places like the recreational haven of Blaarmeersen or the natural sanctuary of Bourgoyen. Our journey concludes with a soothing stretch session. This tour welcomes participants of all fitness levels.

On this tour we cover different parts of the city. Starting at Vrijdagmarkt. We then continue for a bit in the St Jacob area before heading to the historical centre. From there, move further towards the modern part of Ghent. After several stops and having had the chance to see different architectural styles in the different areas of town, we finish either in the commercial area or the historical harbour.
