Central Kitchen Armenia was founded in 2020, in the times of the “44 days war in Armenia-Artsakh”, when during the war Chef Araik Amzayan gathered with his friends and provided hot meal for refugees everyday.

Our main purpose is to find and show people old Armenian heritage receipts, teach Armenians and non Armenian how to cook those dishes, show the world that Armenian cuisine can be diverse, interesting, delicious and fun.

How do we organize the event?
- We send our clients our menus, and they choose form the menu 3 dishes
- Later on the day of the cooking class they start cooking those 3 dishes with our Professional Chef
- After the interactive part we start our Chef's Table Dinner
- Our Chef is Planting and serving all the 3 dishes with wine
- At the end of the class Everybody is getting his/her Certificate of appreciation!
