Coach driver was very helpful with my daughter who was in a wheelchair ( we had told the company this beforehand) and they had reserved the front seats for her also. The coach was very clean with air conditioning which was a god send. The traffic was bad on the way there and unfortunately it took over an hour longer than planned but no fault of the company. Loro Parque is very hilly and I would advise anyone with walking difficulties to contact the park beforehand and pre book a mobility scooter, we struggled with a normal wheelchair . Coach Journey home was much quicker but we did come back around some quite narrow roads! We did all enjoy the day and would definitely recommend and also use the company again if back in Tenerife. We were a family of 7. We paid cash to the driver on the day as only paid an online deposit .  Hide review

The instructions about where to pick up the coach were excellent. The number of the public transport bus stop was given along with the road name. Coach came bang on time and the rep collecting the money was friendly and told us what time the coach was returning and also the number of the bus. Loro Parque is stunning and, for us, the highlight was the penguin enclosure. I think, in hindsight, it may not have been a great idea to go on a Sunday as it was heaving in places. Maybe week day would have been better, although the crowds did not impact too much on our enjoyment. The return journey was also good and left the park on time.
