Overview
The Haro Wine Festival is so fierce that the vineyard and surrounding hillsides turn red, so violent that the weary and wounded stumble away from the fighting, covered from head to toe in what seems to be blood but what is in fact gorgeous red wine. This is the wine fight!

Haro Wine Festival - San Vino Camp & Party
Along the Haro Wine Festival - San Vino Camp & Party you fully participate in the La Batalla de San Vino aka the famous wine fight of La Rioja is our favourite festival yet, get ready for a massive party in red. The night before the fight the village of Haro goes crazy with street parties and bar hopping, dancing and chatting and eating delicious food until the sun comes up - just in time for the wine fight!
Awake early for the wine fight, wash off, chill at our pool party before heading back into town for the massive street party.
Our San Vino campsite is the perfect place to party and prepare for the Wine Fight along the Haro Wine Festival and to wash away the vino in the on-site pool afterwards. Set by a river at the base of the hills where the battle takes place, surrounded by vineyards, the campsite is where we sleep in pre-erected twin-share tents, eat chef prepared breakfasts and dinners together, and party with live international bands as well as DJs.
We will be holding the biggest party outside of the party with hundreds of like-minded international travellers, and unlimited beer and sangria is available for only €10 per day. And YES the rumours are true, Dune Rats will be hanging out at San Vino, letting the red wine soak into their pores, and treating us to some tunes. They’ll be joined by the winner of the Stoke Soundcheck, plus other awesome bands and DJ's to be announced!

- Open Bar (beer, sangria, tea and coffee: €10/day per person.

Day 1 of the Haro Wine Festival - San Vino Camp & Party: - Arrive at campsite. - Check in, have a beer and make some new friends! - Evening: Dinner and campsite party. Day 2 of the Haro Wine Festival - San Vino Camp & Party: - Early Morning – Hot breakfast. - Around 7:00 AM – Walk up the hill and partake in enormous wine fight. - Afternoon – Chill out, get showered and de-purple yourself. - Evening – Hot dinner and a massive campsite party. Day 3 of the Haro Wine Festival - San Vino Camp & Party: Morning – Hot breakfast before checking out and saying goodbye to your new best friends! *This is a only a sample basic itinerary.
