Among all, eight are called national endemics and 170 are regarded as the Pale arctic migrants. All these primarily belong to the Middle East, Europe, Russia, and the Siberia. Then another group of almost 60 species migrates in the Afro Tropics from Madagascar. Species have unique inhabitants like 350 are found in a forest while the other 110 are called forest specialists. It is pertinent to mention that four bird species are critically endangered while the 16 are categorized as vulnerable.
Kenya presents all the attributes of Africa. Flamingo-filled Rift valley lakes to the Mt. Kenya, lowland forests to the soda-encrusted places, all can be seen in Kenya. These habitats are enriched with the bird-rich savannas, coastal forests and the Parks that are unique in the world. The big mammals present makes it the most favorite destination in Africa. It becomes more surprising when we realize that we can see a greater number of birds in one place as compared to the whole of Africa.

DAY 1 of the Bird Watching Trips Kenya Package - Arrival - Our representative will pick you from the Jomo Kenyatta Airport and will be taken to Nairobi Safari Club Hotel.
- Proceed to Nairobi National Park after check-in at the hotel. Visit the National Museum Bird BLOG in the afternoon and then go to the Nairobi National Museum Botanic Garden. Different species like Sunbird, Collared Sunbird, Palm Swift, and the Baglafetch are in abundance.
- Three times a meal will be served in the Nairobi Safari Club Hotel.
DAY 2 - Nairobi - Lake Elementaita - Depart for the Lake Elementaita in the morning and see the bird species like Avocet, Glossy Ibis, Red-Billed Teal, Feral Lovebird, and the Black-Tailed Godwit.
- An afternoon walk on the bank of Lake Elementaita Lodge is worth it.
DAY 3 - Lake Elementaita - Lake Naivasha - We will leave for Elementaita for a drive via Great North road to reach the Lake Naivasha before lunch which will be served at the Lake Naivasha Lodge.
- Lake Naivasha is a freshwater reserve and it was associated with the birds in 1967. The Lake serves the flowers and wine industry. During our complete day trip to Lake Naivasha as a part of the Bird Watching Trips Kenya Package, we would visit the birds like Herons, fish eagles, black crakes and the lily totters. Only a few lakes have more dominant position than Naivasha. Excursion towards the Elsa mere center is also part of the trip.
- Dining served at the Lake Naivasha Lodge. DAY 4 - Lake Naivasha - Hell's Gate National Park - Morning walk with an aim to view the birds on the bank of Lake.
- Spare some time for relaxation before lunch starts.
- Pay a visit to Hell’s Gate National Park in the afternoon to see the breeding ground of vultures. Some other species like Imperial Eagle, Chin Spot Batis, etc.
- Dinner and night stay would be again at the Lake Naivasha Lodge. DAY 5 - Hell's Gate National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park - Leave for the Lake Nakuru National Park. It is also named the Pink Heart of Kenya due to its significance in that context. Millions of Flamingoes come to this lake every year.
- The game and bird view would be at the Lake Nakuru Lodge. DAY 6 - Lake Nakuru National Park - We will be busy all this day of Bird Watching Trips Kenya Package in watching birds at the park and would see “the Leopard” which rests at the park in the evening.
- The afternoon game drive is to see and capture some of the amazing photos which we have not seen all day.
- Dinner would be at the Lake Nakuru Village.
DAY 7 - Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara - Drive through the Great Rift Valley which is one of the longest Rift to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The great plain ecosystem is embedded with the Masai Mara ecosystem characteristics. Big fives like leopard, elephant, buffalo, lion, and cheetah live in herds at the plain of antelope.
- Accommodation, a furnished one, is arranged at the Mara Sopa Lodge. Sopa means to welcome and indeed you will realize in the plains that the people really welcome such things. The lodge presents a perfect blend of serenity and beauty.
- Take a dip in the pool and then go for the game drive in the afternoon. After the sunset, the best place to enjoy the scenery is Mara rolling plains. Shy leopards can be seen easily during the night time.
- Dinner will be served at the Mara Sopa Lodge.
DAY 8 of the Bird Watching Trips Kenya Package - Masai Mara - Early morning birding game will be a very good start for the memorable end of the whole tour. This will be in your heart throughout your life.
- Spend your time in the Mara Plains to see the 450 species present in the reserve.
- The dining will be arranged at the Mara Sopa Lodge. DAY 9 - Masai Mara - Nairobi - On the last day of your Bird Watching Trips Kenya Package drive back to Nairobi just after the healthy breakfast.
- Enjoy your lunch at Toona Tree Restaurant. Good Italian food will be provided in a hotel in the Nairobi.
